About TSCC

The Timor-Leste Standards and Conformity Committee (TSCC) is the national multi-stakeholder coordination body responsible for guiding and strengthening the country’s standardization and conformity framework.

Who We Are

TSCC plays a central role in supporting the development, harmonization, and implementation of national standards aligned with international and regional systems, including ISO, IEC, Codex Alimentarius, WTO, and ASEAN mechanisms.

Through structured dialogue between government institutions, regulatory bodies, private sector representatives, academia, and civil society, TSCC ensures that standards are developed transparently, inclusively, and in the public interest.
